This is our current AUP. at the beginning of the school year the form is sent home to the parents for signatures. Each homeroom teacher is responsible for getting their students forms returned. All of the forms are submitted to the vice principal. If a student does not have a signed AUP, the student is not allowed to use the internet. If the class is doing internet research that student is required to go to the library for research materials. I have always got my forms returned and I have not had the problem with not returning the forms. It is very important because all of the benchmarks are also in the internet.
