Twiddla is a tool that allows you to mark up Web pages, images, or on a blank canvas. Twiddla allows you to upload images, documents, emails, widgets and codes, and mathematical formulas. It provides you with the basic tools you’ll need like shapes, clip art, and a drawing tool. You can search Web pages from within Twiddla and mark those the webpages. There’s is also a a chat feature you can access. Twiddla sessions can be left open to the public so anyone can join in or you can make them password protected and invite specific people. You can bookmark twiddla to any of your sites.
